分布式光伏接入配电网的选址定容优化研究

摘要
分布式光伏接入配电网时若安装位置、容量等不合理会对电力系统造成诸多不利影响,在对分布式光伏并网进行规划时必须予以考虑。为了解决分布式光伏接入配电网的选址定容优化问题,简要阐述了分布式光伏并网对配网电压质量、网损的影响,给出了分布式光伏接入配电网的选址定容优化过程,建立了考虑电压质量、网络损耗、投资成本三个目标的分布式光伏选址定容优化模型,进一步提出一种基于改进遗传算法的分布式光伏接入配电网选址定容优化方法,并通过IEEE34节点标准算例和华北某地区实际光伏接入配电网的算例验证了方法的有效性与可行性。
        When distributed photovoltaic generation( PV) is connected to distribution network,improper location and capacity may exert adverse impacts on the power system,therefore,the location and capacity must be taken into consideration in planning stage. To optimize grid-connection PV's location and capacity,this paper briefly summarized the influence of grid-connected distributed PV generation on voltage quality and network loss of distribution network,then described the optimization process of the location and capacity of distributed PV generation connected to distribution network. An optimization model considering voltage quality,network loss and investment cost was established. On the basis of the improved genetic algorithm,this paper proposed a location and capacity optimization method for distributed PV connected to distribution network. The method was verified by IEEE34 example and an actual case of PVs connected to a distribution grid in north China.
