钢渣和丙烯酸树脂制备人造石及其性能研究

摘要
以丙烯酸树脂及其固化剂为基体、钢渣粉为填料,同时添加活性稀释剂、助交联剂等,采用热压成型制备了人造石试样。性能测试结果表明,所制备人造石的压缩强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别为139.9、52.0、65.9 MPa,巴氏硬度为60;浸泡6 d材料吸水率为0.35%;同时具有良好的耐水砂摩擦性能和耐冲击性能,技术性能符合JC/T 908—2013《人造石》要求。
        The artificial stone was prepared by hot-press molding,using acrylite resin and its curing agent as matrix,steel slag powder as filler,adding reactive diluents and co-crosslinking agent. The results showed that the compressive strength,the flexural strength and tensile strength of artificial stone were 139.9,52.0,65.9 MPa respectively. The water absorption rate of the sample was 0.35%,soaking for 6 d. The Barcol hardness was 60. Meanwhile,the artificial stone had excellent friction resistance against water and sediment and good resistance to shock,which the indicators satisfied the technical parameters according to Standard JC/T 908—2013 "Artificial Stone".
