摘要

京医通作为区域共享网络支付平台的一种模式,资金结算存在信息技术、人为操作、资金安全及法律、网络、道德方面的风险。通过分析风险产生的原因,有针对性地提出了风险控制措施,从而提升京医通资金结算的风险防控水平。
        As a model of regional shared network payment platform,Jingyitong has the risks of information technology,human operation,capital security and legal,network and morality in fund settlement. By analyzing the causes of the risks,the risk control measures are proposed in a targeted manner,thereby improving the risk prevention and control level of the settlement of funds of Jingyitong.
