恶性梗阻性黄疸术前减黄的方式及必要性探讨

<正>梗阻性黄疸是指由于胆汁流出道梗阻,导致肝脏内屏障破坏,胆汁进入血液而引起的病理变化,常引起肝肾功能异常、凝血功能异常、水电解质紊乱等一系列变化。常见的病因包括胆道结石、胆管及壶腹部恶性肿瘤、胆道寄生虫等,其中恶性肿瘤所致黄疸对患者全身情况及手术耐受性影响较大,临床上常在手术前先通过各种非手术方式减轻黄疸,一方面改善患者肝肾功能,另一方面也可降低术后
