摘要
在碳系导电油墨配制、RFID天线制备及后处理、天线性能测试等方面进行研究,找到洗铝工艺参数和性能的关系。将碳系导电油墨印刷在镀铝的PET膜上,这种做法相当于将碳系导电物质与铝并联,以减小电阻,使RFID天线有更优的导电性。
The relationship between aluminum washing process parameters and properties was found after carbon conductive ink preparation, preparation and post-processing of RFID antenna, antenna performance test and other aspects were studied. Printing carbon-based conductive ink on aluminized PET film is equivalent to parallel connection of carbon-based conductive material with aluminium to reduce resistance and improve the conductivity of RFID antenna.
