摘要
为解决四氯化碳配额不能满足生产负荷需要的问题,本文首次使用了三氯甲烷与四氯化碳作为混合溶剂进行生产实验。研究了氯磺化聚乙烯生产中,三氯甲烷含量对氯磺化聚乙烯生产中各项工艺指标的影响。结果表明,三氯甲烷与四氯化碳的含量比为3∶7时,能够较好地满足生产要求,同时也达到了环保要求。
The mixed solvent which contained trichloromethane and tetrachloromethane was used and studied for the first time to solve limitation of quota of tetrachloromethane in the production of chlorosulfonated polyethylene.The effect of content of trichloromethane on the various process parameters was studied in this paper.And the results showed that when the content ratio of trichloromethane and tetrachloromethane was 3:7,the mixed solvent could meet the demand of production requirements and environmental protection satisfactorily.
