摘要
以原材料再生微粉、高炉矿渣、脱硫石膏及碱渣为主要原料,通过加入适量的复合激发剂激发这些材料的活性配制无熟料凝胶材料。结果表明,配制的该无熟料胶凝材料有较为良好的力学性能,可以满足32. 5复合水泥的技术要求。通过试配、初配和正交试验,确定各材料掺量对强度性能的影响,初步确定配合比。根据物理性能优选出最佳配合比,并进一步研究了最佳配合比条件下所得再生微粉碱渣无熟料胶凝材料的其他性能。
        This paper uses recycled powder,blast furnace slag,FGD gypsum and soda residue as the main raw materials adding proper amount of composite activator to stimulate the activity of these materials. The prepared clinker-free cementation's material has good physical and mechanical properties,and can meet the technical requirements of the 32. 5 composite cement. Through trial,test and orthogonal test,the effect of those materials on strength properties was studied,and the preliminarily mixture ratio was determined. The best mixture ratio was determined according to the physical and mechanical properties. The other properties of recycled powder and soda residue blended clinker-free cementaing materials material under this mixture ratio were further studied.
