摘要
文章主要探讨以纯色羊绒条为原料,利用紧密纺技术开发Nm 60/2精纺羊绒纱线。在对原料性能进行分析的基础上,合理设计纱线的生产工艺,探讨各个工序的工艺参数,最后对纱线质量进行分析研究,并从制成面料的胀破性、起毛起球性、悬垂性、保暖性、缩水性等指标分析产品的服用性能。结果显示:合理的工艺配置生产出的Nm 60/2精梳紧密纺羊绒纱线,成纱质量良好,可满足高档面料所需的服用性能。
In this paper, Nm 60/2 worsted cashmere yarn is developed by using compact spinning technology with pure cashmere slivering. Based on the analysis of the properties of the raw materials, the paper designed the yarn production process and the process parameters of each process, analyzed the yarn quality, and the wearability of the product via the indicators like bursting strength, pilling resistant, drape, warming, shrinkage, etc. Results indicated that the Nm 60/2 combed compact spun cashmere yarn produced by reasonable process configuration has good yarn quality and can satisfy the wearability of high-grade fabrics.
