摘要
采用生化处理工艺(接触氧化法)及物化处理工艺(铁碳微电解-芬顿反应-絮凝沉淀)联合对制革工业园区污水厂二沉池出水进行深度处理中试研究,主要考察组合工艺对制革污水处理厂尾水COD的去除效果。得到的研究结果为,组合工艺具有处理效率高,稳定性好,成本低等特点。经核算,该组合工艺药剂成本为2.20~2.46元/t水。
        The Pilot test is performed to study the advanced treatment of secondary sedimentation tank effluent from the waste water treatment plant in a leather industrial park,by using the combination process of biochemical treatment i.e.contact oxidation,and physicochemical treatment process i.e.iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton reaction-flocculation sedimentation.The main purpose is to investigate the removal effect of COD from tail water of waste water treatment plant by adopting combined process.The research result proves that the combined process has the advantage of higher treatment efficiency,better stability and lower cost.It is calculated that the cost of chemical agent used in this combined process is 2.20~2.46 yuan per ton of water.
