摘要
转台作为机械传动系统的重要组成部分,被广泛应用于雷达、舰炮系统、射电望远镜、导弹发射架等系统中。因此,转台系统的控制研究对国防和航空航天事业具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文以一高精度转台伺服系统为应用背景,搭建了基于虚拟仪器的双电机驱动伺服系统。并介绍了系统的设计思想和软硬件设计。
As an important part of mechanical transmission system, turntable is widely used in radar, naval gun system, radio telescope, missile launcher. Therefore, the control research of turntable system has important theoretical significance and application value for national defense and aerospace projects. In this paper, a high precision rotary table servo system is applied to the application background, and a dual motors drive servo system based on virtual instrument are built. The design idea and software and hardware design of the system are introduced in this paper.
