摘要
采用丙烯酸水性清漆和聚氨酯溶剂型清漆,分别对进口桃花心木和辐射松木材进行涂饰,测量涂饰前后漆膜色度学变化,并评价漆膜性能.结果表明:两种木材经清漆涂饰后,色饱和度和总体色差均不同程度增加,光泽度值均增大,其中聚氨酯漆涂饰后的总体色差值略大、光泽度更高;两个树种木材表面漆膜性能达到国标GB/T 4893的一级或二级要求。聚氨酯漆涂饰漆膜的硬度更大,丙烯酸漆涂饰漆膜的附着力更强。
        water-based acrylic and solvent-borne polyurethane lacquers were used to paint imported wood of Swietenia macrophylla and Pinus radiata, respectively.Chromaticity of the wood samples was measured before and after painting in order to evaluate painting film performance.The results showed that color saturation,overall color difference and glossiness value were increased after painting,while overall color difference with polyurethane lacquers was greater than that with acrylic waterborne lacquers.The painting film performance could reach either the first or the second grade according to Chinese National Standard GB/T4893.The film of solvent-borne polyurethane lacquers showed superior strength in hardness,while film of the water-borne acrylic lacquers had excellent adhesion performance.
