滋肾化浊汤加减联合缬沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的效果

摘要
目的探讨滋肾化浊汤加减联合缬沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的效果。方法选取2015年8月至2017年10月我院收治的老年高血压早期肾损害患者90例作为研究对象,根据入院序号奇偶性将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合滋肾化浊汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后血压及肾功能指标水平。结果治疗前,两组收缩压及舒张压比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压及舒张压均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组尿素氮及血清肌酐水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组尿素氮及血清肌酐水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾化浊汤加减联合缬沙坦治疗老年高血压早期肾损害的效果理想,可有效改善患者血压及肾损害情况,推荐推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zishen Huazhuo decoction and valsartan on early renaldamage in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From August 2015 to October 2017, 90 elderly patients with earlyrenal damage caused by hypertension treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the parityof admission number, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The controlgroup was treated with valsartan, while the observation group was treated with modified Zishen Huazhuo decoction on thisbasis. The blood pressure and levels of renal function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the twogroups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between thetwo groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased significantly, andthose in the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significantdifferences in levels of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the levels ofurea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Zishen Huazhuo decoction combined with valsartan in the treatment of early renal damage inelderly patients with hypertension has an ideal effect, which can effectively improve the blood pressure and renal functiondamage, and is recommended for promotion.
