双侧颈和椎动脉奇网伴颅内多发性出血1例并文献复习

<正>颅内微血管网(Rete Mirabile,RM),又称奇网,RM是一个由吻合血管组成的精细网状结构,取代了母体动脉~([1])。这在低级的哺乳动物,如猫、羊及猪等比较常见~([2])。发生于人类时,RM通常累及颈动脉和椎动脉,此时,颈内动脉或者椎动脉正常的连续性解剖结构在颅底处消失,被经硬膜异常发
