杨志敏教授对岭南不同年龄人群膏方调养临证体会

摘要
岭南地区温高湿重,地卑土薄,人们多上明而下虚、外热内寒,膏方的进补调养也颇具不同。杨志敏教授根据天人相应思想,结合多年临床经验,针对不同年龄人群的生理特点,在治疗上青年时期温肾健脾以树健康之本,中年时期疏肝调气平衡阴阳重在顺势而为,老年五脏渐衰以填精补肾兼以活血化瘀。膏方的调治思想各有偏重,对膏方的运用诊治有重要的指导意义。
The characteristic of Lingnan area is high temperature,heavily mist air and poor soils,causing the people easy to deficiency of liver and kidney or insufficiency of both the spleen and kidney.So it's different to nourishing for herbal paste.Paste treatment of Professor Yang has her own characteristics,which based on the idea of correspondence between man and nature,combined with years of experience and physiological characteristics of the different age groups.In the treatment of young people is warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen to keep heathy;the middle-aged should be treated emphasis on regulating liver,and the approach of elderly focus on benefiting vital energy,moving blood stasis,and warning the kidney.It's great guiding significance for clinical application of herbal paste.
