摘要

目的探讨食管癌放射治疗的治疗现状。方法结合本院1例晚期食管癌患者临床诊治经过,复习文献探讨食管癌放射治疗的诊治进展。结果本例患者入院诊断明确,给予化疗1周期、射频消融治疗肝转移病灶、普通放射治疗的综合治疗后,目前患者生存20年余,生活质量可。结论不管是以前的普通放疗还是现在三维放疗,食管癌的放射治疗已成为了其治疗的主要手段之一,并且可为患者带来收益。
        Objective To investigate the therapeutic status of radiotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods Combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of a patient with advanced esophageal cancer in our hospital, we reviewed the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer radiotherapy. Results In this case, patients were diagnosed by admission. After comprehensive chemotherapy with 1 cycle of chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation of liver metastases, and general radiotherapy, the patient survives for more than 20 years and the quality of life can be improved. Conclusion Irradiation of esophageal cancer has become one of the main methods for its treatment, whether it is the previous general radiotherapy or the current three-dimensional radiotherapy, and it can bring benefits to patients.
