摘要
文章首先从政府、企业、高校三个层面,介绍了加拿大产教融合的创新人才培养项目。随后,文章聚焦于加拿大的高校,介绍了加拿大高校的分类,并以多伦多大学为例,介绍了加拿大创新人才培养模式的主要内容。接着,文章再次将范围缩小,以英属哥伦比亚大学Sauder商学院为例,介绍了加拿大高校开设的创新创业课程和辅助创新创业课程教学效果实现的教练引导法。最后,文章分析了加拿大产教融合的创新人才培养模式对中国高等教育的启示。加拿大创新人才培养从项目到模式再到具体的课程教育,体现了产教融合的重要理念,可为中国培养国际化创新人才、发展高等教育和职业教育提供重要的参考。
        The paper firstly introduced the cultivation programs of innovative talents of industry-education integration in Canada from three aspects of government, enterprises, colleges and universities. Then, focusing on the colleges and universities in Canada, this paper presented the classification of colleges and universities in Canada, and introduced the main content of innovative talents cultivation model in Canada with Toronto University as an example. Subsequently, narrowing the scope down to Sauder Business School in University of British Columbia, the innovative entrepreneurship courses offered by colleges and universities in Canada and the coach mentoring approaches assisting to realize these courses' teaching effect were introduced. Finally, the enlightenment of innovative talents cultivation model of industry-education integration in Canada on Chinese higher education was analyzed. The program, model and specific course education of cultivating innovative talents in Canada reflected the essential idea of industry-education integration, which also provided important reference for the cultivation of international innovative talents and the development of higher education and career education in China.
