摘要
为了攻克超高压页岩气压裂车车架设计难题,降低产品开发成本,基于轻量化设计原则提出了应用CAE技术的压裂车车架现代化先进设计流程。将C#与CAE技术相结合并应用模块化设计方法开发压裂车车架集成化设计系统,研究软件间接口及数据传输等关键技术,实现车架多工况多目标的拓扑优化设计和应用灵敏度分析的结构尺度优化设计。以2500型压裂车车架设计应用为例,验证了系统实现车架参数化设计及设计流程智能化的可行性,提高了系列化产品开发设计的效率。
        In order to overcome the design problem of the ultra-high pressure shale gas fracturing truck frame and reduce the cost of product development,put forward a modern design process of fracturing truck frame with the application of CAE technology based on the lightweight design principle. Combining C# and CAE technology,and applying modular design method develop the integrated design system of fracturing truck frame. Research on the key technologies of software interface and data transmission achieve the topology optimization design formulti-conditions andmulti-objective and structural scale optimization design for applied sensitivity analysis of frame.The design application of the 2500 series fracturing truck frame verified the feasibility of the system to realize the parameterized design and the intelligent of the design process,which improve the efficiency of serialized product development design.
