摘要
理查德·考克斯是美国档案学学科领军人物,文章提炼并总结出考克斯在档案学教育方面的核心理念,包括重视档案学理论教育、重视全职教师队伍建设、重视档案学科内外的交流与融合,并且他将这些理念付诸实践,对档案学教育做出了重要的贡献。我国档案学教育从中也能获得一些启发,即要在档案学跨学科研究中重视本学科的核心理论,要加强人才的培养工作,以及注重推动教学、研究与管理等各项职能协同发展。
Richard J.Cox is a leading figure of Archival Science in the United States.This paper refines and sums up core contents of Cox's ideas on archival education,which attach importance to the theory education of Archival Science,the construction of full-time teaching team,and the communication and integration within and outside Archival Science.Cox also put these ideas into practice and made an important contribution to Archival Science education.The educational community of Archival Science in our country can also obtain some inspirations that we should pay attention to core theories of Archival Science in the interdisciplinary research,strengthen the training of talents and promote the coordinated development of teaching,research and management.
