摘要
在文献搜集和专家访问的基础上,从ITA、IR、IS、BP、TP5个方面总结归纳出15项BIM应用需求要素,并据此构建了建设单位BIM需求体系模型.基于问卷调查获取的515份有效数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM),以SPSS22. 0和AMOS22. 0进行需求体系模型评价与修正以及因素间关联性分析.其次,设计需求体系视角下BIM应用标准顶层设计的流程,提出自顶向下分解抽取与自底向上汇聚实现相结合的方法,最终形成BIM标准体系的框架结构,为建设单位BIM标准的研究和制定提供参考.
Based on literature collection and expert interviews, this paper summarizes 15 BIM application requirements from ITA, IR, IS, BP and TP. Based on this, the construction unit BIM demand system model is constructed. Based on the 515 valid data obtained from the questionnaire, the structural equation model(SEM) was used to evaluate and correct the requirements system model and the correlation between factors using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0.Secondly, from the perspective of the design requirements system, the BIM application standard top-level design process proposes a combination of top-down decomposition extraction and bottom-up convergence, and finally forms the framework structure of the BIM standard system. Provide reference for the research and formulation of enterprise BIM standards.
