摘要
提出便携式气相色谱–质谱联用仪的校准方法。确定了校准项目与技术指标,质量范围:45~300 u;质量分辨率:不大于1.0 u;质量准确性:±0.3 u;信噪比:不小于5∶1;定量重复性:不大于15%;定性重复性:不大于3%。信噪比测量结果的相对扩展不确定为5%(k=2)。该校准方法仅使用一种标准物质进行测量便能完成主要性能参数的计量,无须切换进样方式,方便实用。
A calibration method was proposed for portable gas chromatography–mass spectrometers. The calibration items and technical speci?cations were: mass range of 45–300 u; mass resolution not more than 1.0 u; mass accuracy within ±0.3 u; ratio of signal to noise not less than 5∶1; quantitative repeatability not more than 15%; qualitative repeatability not more than 3%. The the relative expanded uncertainty of the ratio of signal to noise was 5%(k=2). Only one standard sample was used by this calibration method to complete the calibration of main performance parameters of the portable gas chromatography–mass spectrometers, and it could avoid to switch the type of sample injection, and showed convenient and practical.
