摘要
以青海省某采用氧气底吹炼铜技术工程为例,本文详细介绍了艾默生DELTAV控制系统与氧气底吹炼铜工厂中典型成套工艺设备的控制系统之间的PROFIBUS-DP通讯,有效地将火法工艺部分典型的设备的运行状态显示在DCS控制系统中,极大地方便中控室操作工对全流程的运行状况把握。
Taking a project using oxygen bottom-blown copper smelting project in Qinghai Province as an example, this paper introduces in detail the control system between the Emerson DELTAV control system and the typical complete process equipment in the oxygen bottom-blown copper smelting plant, the communication effectively displays the operating status of the typical equipment in the fire process part in the DCS control system, greatly facilitates the operation of the entire process in the central control room operator.
