摘要
根据某合成氨项目的实际情况,以两个"独立"的流程方案对传统的氨冷冻流程进行改进、以低压罐代替常压罐的液氨成品储存方案,分析运行情况,对比操作及投资费用,指出存在问题。
According to the actual situation of an ammonia project,based on two"independent"process flow schemes. this paper makes improvements to conventional ammonia refrigeration process flows and uses low pressure tank to replace the atmospheric tank for the storage solution of liquid ammonia finished product. This paper analyzes the operation situation,compares the operating and investment costs and points out the existing problem.
