摘要
目的:观察CT引导下~(125)I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移癌引起疼痛的近期疗效。方法:回顾性分析~(125)I粒子植入治疗的32例脊柱转移癌患者的临床资料,共47个病灶。术前用治疗计划系统制定粒子植入计划,在CT引导下将~(125)I粒子植入病灶内,随访观察患者疼痛缓解及并发症情况。结果:32例患者共47个病灶均成功植入,平均1~1. 5 h;粒子植入数目为12~60粒;中位粒子数30粒。术后1 d、3 d、7 d、15 d、30 d、60 d和90 d疼痛缓解有效率分别为53. 13%、75. 00%、90. 63%、81. 25%、81. 25%、81. 25%、81. 25%。结论:CT引导下~(125)I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移癌引起的疼痛安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the short-term effect of CT-guided ~(125)I seed implantation in the treatment of pain caused by metastatic spine tumor( MST). Methods: A total of 32 MST patients with 47 metastatic foci were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative treatment planning system was used to formulate the implantation plan, ~(125)I seeds were implanted into the lesion under CT guidance,and pain relief and complications were followed up. Results: Forty-seven foci were successfully implanted in 32 patients with an average of 1-1. 5 hours. The number of seeds implanted was 12-60,and the median number of seeds was 30. The effective rates of pain relief were 53. 13%,75. 00%,90. 63%,81. 25%,81. 25%,81. 25%,81. 25%,81. 25% and 81. 25%on 1,3,7,15,30,60 and 90 days after operation,respectively. Conclusion: CT-guided ~(125)I seed implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of pain caused by MST.
