摘要

目的回顾性分析甲状旁腺切除术(PTX)治疗尿毒症维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)的临床疗效。方法选择维持性血液透析的SHPT行PTX患者24例,比较手术前后血钙、血磷、全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血白蛋白(Alb)、血压及降压药使用种类的变化。结果 24例患者术后血钙、血磷、iPTH、收缩压、降压药使用种类较术前均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTX可显著降低尿毒症SHPT患者血钙、血磷、iPTH及血压水平。
        Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of parathyroidectomy(PTX) in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT) in uremia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Twenty-four maintenance hemodialysis SHPT patients who underwent PTX were included,the changes of blood calcium,blood phosphorus,whole parathyroid hormone(iPTH),hemoglobin(Hb),blood albumin(Alb),blood pressure and antihypertensive drugs in all patients before and after PTX were compared.Results Among the 24 cases after operation,the blood calcium,phosphorus,iPTH,systolic pressure and the types of antihypertensive drugs were decreased compared with those before parathyroidectomy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PTX can significantly reduce the level of the blood calcium,phosphorus,iPTH and blood pressure in patients with uremia SHPT.
