摘要
普通协同系统存在不能根据数据包总量的具体变化情况,调节集成化参数的问题,为更好地控制数据包变化情况,设计基于知识共享的集成化供应链协同系统。通过交换服务数据接口设计、供应业务层设计、EAI集成单元设计三个步骤完成新型系统的硬件模块设计。通过供应链集成处理、协同数据库搭建、数据循环流程设计三个步骤完成新型系统的软件模块设计。根据硬件与软件模块设计模拟系统运行环境,进行对比实验。结果表明,随着基于知识共享集成化供应链协同系统的应用,数据包变化情况始终维持在可控范围内,且集成化参数的调节合理性也得到了一定保障。
        The ordinary collaborative systems can?t adjust the integration parameters according to the specific change of the total amount of data packets. Therefore,an integrated supply chain collaboration system based on knowledge sharing is designed to better control the change of data packets. The exchange service data interface design,supply business layer design and EAI unit design are performed to complete the hardware module design of the new system. The supply chain integration processing,collaborative database construction,and data circulation process design are carried out to complete the software module design of the new system. According to the designed hardware and software modules,the system operating environment is simulated,and the comparative experiments are designed. The experimental results show that the applied integrated supply chain collaboration system based on knowledge sharing can maintain the change of data packet always within the controllable range,and guarantee the adjustment rationality of the integrated parameters.
