综合护理措施对小儿泌尿系统感染治疗依从性的影响分析

摘要
目的分析综合护理措施对泌尿系统感染患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2018年2月本院收治的泌尿系统感染患儿124例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各62例;观察组的62例患儿实施综合护理措施,对照组的62例患儿实施常规护理措施,对比两组患儿的治疗依从性。结果观察组患儿的治疗依从性明显比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后对患儿及其家属进行满意度调查,两组对比差异显著,观察组满意度更高。结论对泌尿系统感染患儿实施综合护理干预,明显增强和提高患儿的治疗依从性,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the compliance of the children with urinary tract infection. Methods From March 2016 to February 2018 during the period of all pediatric urinary system infection in our hospital from children randomLy selected from 124 patients as the observation object of study, of the 124 cases were randomLy divided into observation group and control group two groups, two groups of children were 62 cases; 62 cases of the observation group the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures, 62 cases in the control group received the routine care, the treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; After the treatment, the children and their families were surveyed for satisfaction. The difference between the two groups was significant, and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with urinary tract infection can significantly enhance and improve the treatment compliance of children, which has the value of clinical reference and promotion.
