摘要
基于Deform-3D平台建立了薄板零件冷摆辗成形三维有限元模型,研究了非回转铝合金薄板零件冷摆辗成形规律。揭示了薄板零件金属流动、模具充填规律以及等效应力和等效应变分布演化规律,阐明了薄板零件冷摆辗飞边分布不均匀性形成机理。最后开展了相关工艺实验,验证了有限元模拟结果的准确性。
Based on the Deform-3D platform, a 3D finite element model for cold swing rolling of a sheet part was established. The forming law of cold swing rolling of non-rotating aluminum alloy sheet was studied. The law of metal flow and die filling of the sheet part and the evolution of equivalent stress and strain distribution were revealed. The formation mechanism of uneven distribution of flash in cold swing rolling of the sheet part was expounded. Finally, some experiments were carried out. The accuracy of finite element simulation results was verified.
