摘要
研制了一种海洋工程用手工电弧焊高韧性焊接材料CHE607RH,介绍了其焊芯材料的选择、焊条渣系的选择及调整,并对其熔敷金属的显微组织、力学性能、碳当量、熔敷效率、扩散氢含量等进行了研究。结果表明:CHE607RH焊条焊接工艺工艺性能与力学性能优良,各项技术指标均超过国内外同类焊条水平,具有良好的综合应用性能。
A high toughness CHE607RH welding consumable for ocean engineering was developed,The select of core wire material and adjustment of welding slag series were introduced,and then the microstructure,mechanical properties,carbon equivalent,deposition efficiency and diffusion hydrogen content of the deposited metal were studied.The result shows that the welding performance of CHE607RH welding rod is excellent in process performance and mechanical properties,all technical indexes exceed the level of similar welding rod at home and abroad,and have good comprehensive application performance.
