饲料中添加2 kg/t的中药复方制剂,开展了84 d饲喂试验,通过测定罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)的生长性能及血液和肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和吞噬细胞吞噬等活性评价该中药复方制剂对罗氏沼虾生长及免疫功能的影响。饲喂试验结束后,利用副溶血弧菌进行攻毒,计算保护率,评价该制剂对罗氏沼虾弧菌感染的保护效果。结果显示,饲喂结束后,中药复方制剂组罗氏沼虾体重显著高于空白组(P<0.05)。罗氏沼虾血液和肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和吞噬细胞吞噬等活性也显著提高(P<0.05),且在第7 d或14 d达到峰值。副溶血弧菌攻毒后,中药复方制剂组的7 d累计死亡率为61.1%,基础饲料组的死亡率90.0%,该中药复方制剂对罗氏沼虾的保护率为32.1%。试验表明,饲料中添加2 kg/t中药复方制剂可显著提高罗氏沼虾生长性能及免疫功能,减少副溶血弧菌感染引起的死亡。为获得持久的免疫效果,建议长期添加。
2 kg/t of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations were added in feed, to carry out a 84-day feeding experiment, for the determination of roche giant freshwater prawn(Macrobrachium rosenbergii) about growth performance, super oxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and lysozyme(LZM), alkaline phosphatase(AKP), and devouring cell activity of blood and liver pancreas. After the feeding experiment, Vibrio parolyticus was used in each experimental group to attack the virus, calculate the protection rate, and evaluate the protection effect of the preparation on Vibrio rosenbrachium infection. After feeding, the Macrobrachium rosenbergii weight of compound preparation group was significantly higher than that of blank group(P<0.05). Superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), lysozyme(LZM),alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and phagocytic activity in blood and hepatopancreatine of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were also significantly increased(P<0.05), and reached the peak on day 7 or 14. After being attacked by Vibrio parolyticus,the 7-day cumulative mortality was 61.1% in the compound preparation group, 90.0% in the basic feed group, and the protection rate of the compound preparation for Macrobrachium rosenbergii was 32.1%. Adding 2 kg/t of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation into the feed can significantly improve the growth performance and immune function of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, and reduce the death caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. In order to obtain a lasting immune effect, long-term addition is recommended.
