原发性膀胱小细胞癌1例报告
摘要
<正>患者,男,73岁,因"间歇、无痛性肉眼血尿1月"入院。患者自诉1个月前无明显诱因出现间歇性全程肉眼血尿,无血凝块,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等不适,无发热。既往有20年吸烟史,每天20～30支,已戒烟5年。否认糖尿病、高血压、心脑血管疾病和神经精神疾病等相关病史。体格检查(-)。实验室检查:血常规-HB 150g/L;尿常规-红细胞21～40/HP、白细胞41～100/HP;生化、凝血功能、大便常规均未见明显异常,肿瘤标志物及免疫十二项(包括HIV、EB等)均为阴性。B超:膀胱右侧壁局部增厚,可探及大小约5.8cm×4.5cm×5.1cm向膀胱腔内及壁外突起的实体肿物,边界欠清。CDFI:内部有少量血流信号。CT:膀胱右侧壁不均匀
