摘要
社会力量开办基层医疗机构符合多元化办医的发展格局,有利于拓宽医疗机构开办渠道、增加医疗服务供给、优化医疗资源配置,是强化基层医疗服务体系的重要举措。介绍了深圳市罗湖区社会资本办基层医疗机构并组建医疗联合体的策略和实践举措,在总结分析阶段性成效的基础上,对社会资本办基层医疗机构如何进一步发展提出建议。
Private capital invested in primary healthcare institute is benefit for increasing healthcare supply, optimizing health resources allocation and shaping diversification healthcare delivery. It is an important countermeasure for strengthening primary healthcare system. Strategies and practice of private capital investing primary healthcare institute and constructing medical alliance in Luohu Shenzhen is introduced. Based on the effectiveness, suggestions on private capital investing primary healthcare institute are presented.
