摘要
为探讨黑木相思组培苗生根的最佳条件,以黑木相思优良无性系组培苗FM25号为材料,采用单因素实验设计方法,分析生根促进剂、MS母液及用量、暗处理时间、温度和有机添加物对其生根情况的影响。结果表明:生根促进剂以IBA和ABT-1种类的处理效果最好;生根效果最佳的母液种类为1/2MS改良(2);暗处理时间以4 d为宜;组培环境的温度设为25℃最适合,生根率可达96.63%;胰蛋白胨、香蕉和椰汁等有机添加物的生根情况均不及对照。
        In order to explore the optimal conditions for the rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Acacia melanoxylon, on tissue culture seedlings of superior clones A. melanoxylon, the study was to explore the effects of the rooting promoter, MS mother liquor and its dosage, dark treatment time, temperature and organic additives on its rooting condition in the single-factor experimental design and thus propose a rooting technique system of tissue culture seedlings on A. melanoxylon clones, indicating that IBA and ABT-1 were the rooting promoter with the best treatment; 1/2 MS improvement(2) was registered the best mother liquor for rooting; the dark treatment should be performed for 4 days; 25 ℃ offered the best tissue culture; rooting rate was 96.63%; and the rooting of organic additives such as tryptone, banana and coconut milk was inferior to the control.
