摘要
目的:探讨参黄降糖汤对成模糖尿病(DM)大鼠血糖(BG)血脂与内皮脂肪酶(EL)及大鼠胸主动脉内皮组织形态影响。方法:选取由本院实验动物中心提供的清洁剂Wistar雄性大鼠120只,依据随机数字表法将其分成四组,对照组(30只)、低剂量组(30只)、中剂量组(30只)与高剂量组(30只),使用普通饲料适应性喂养一周后通过注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)和喂食高糖高脂饲料造模;低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠使用参黄降糖汤灌胃,剂量依次是15g/kg、30g/kg、45g/kg,对照组大鼠灌胃使用等容积生理盐水,每天一次,共进行12周;观察大鼠一般状况,血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、BG、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇(TC)及EL含量及腹主动脉内皮组织状况。结果:模型组大鼠反应迟钝,精神萎靡,毛色枯黄,体重降低,出现显著多尿、多食及多饮状况;低剂量组大鼠比模型组大鼠各项症状稍好,但不太显著;中、高剂量组大鼠反应稍缓,精神活跃,毛色稍有光泽,尿及饮食降低,体重逐步升高;中、高剂量组大鼠HDL含量较对照组升高、LDL及TC含量较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);中、高剂量大鼠血清EL、BG含量较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:参黄降糖汤可改善DM大鼠脂代谢、降低血糖与EL水平,扭转大鼠胸主动脉内皮组织受损情况。
        Objective: To analyze the effect of Shenhuang Jiangtang Decoction on blood lipid(BG),lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and the morphology of thoracic aorta for rats with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods: A total of 120 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into four groups: controlled group(30rats),low dose group(30rats) and middle dose group,30 rats in each group were fed with streptozotocin(STZ). The rats were given Shenhuang Jiangtang Decoction intragastrically in the order of 15g/kg,30g/kg and 45g/kg. The rats in the controlled group were given intragastric administration of normal saline once a day for12 weeks. General status,serum high density lipoprotein(HDL),BG,low density lipoprotein(LDL),cholesterol(TC) and EL content and abdominal aortic endothelium status. Results: The rats in the model group had unresponsiveness,sluggishness,yellowish coat,weight loss and significant polyuria,polyphagia and polyphagia. The symptoms of rats in the low-dose group were slightly better than those in the model group,but not significant. The rats in the high-dose group responded slowly,with active spirit,slightly shiny coat color,reduced urine and diet,and gradually increased body weight. The levels of HDL in middle and high dose groups were higher than those in the controlled group,and the levels of LDL and TC were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0. 05). The contents of EL and BG in the middle and high dose groups were higher than those in the controlled group significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Shenhuang Jiangtang Decoction can improve lipid metabolism,reduce blood glucose and EL levels,and reverse the damage of thoracic aorta endothelium in rats.
