摘要
目的分析饮食疗法对癌症病人血液中微量元素水平的影响。方法收集2013年5月至2015年6月我院收治的180例恶性肿瘤患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组(n=96)患者由专业营养师根据饮食调查与各项检查结果给予饮食治疗,而对照组(n=84)患者则根据饮食指导自行控制饮食。同期收集40例于我院体检的健康人群作为健康对照组,对比治疗前、后癌症患者血清中铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)、锌(Zn)等微量元素水平变化情况。结果癌症组患者的Cu、Zn元素浓度明显高于健康对照组,而Fe、Se明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。肝癌患者的Cu与Zn高于健康对照组,而Se则低于健康对照组(P<0.05);胃癌患者的Fe低于健康对照组;结直肠癌患者的Fe和Cu均高于健康对照组,而Zn低于健康对照组(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者与肺癌患者的Fe、Se均低于健康对照组,而Cu则高于健康对照组,此外,乳腺癌患者中Zn水平也显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)的。治疗前,2组不同癌症患者的Fe、Cu、Se、Zn浓度经比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但在治疗后,肝癌研究组患者的Cu与Zn低于对照组,而Se则高于对照组(P<0.05);胃癌研究组患者的Fe高于对照组(P<0.05);结直肠癌研究组患者的Fe和Cu均低于对照组,而Zn高于对照组(P<0.05);乳腺癌研究组患者的Fe、Se、Zn均高于对照组,而Cu低于对照组(P<0.05);肺癌研究组患者的Fe、Se均高于对照组,而Se低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与健康对照组相比,癌症患者血液中铁、铜、硒、锌等微量元素水平发生明显改变,饮食疗法能有效改善癌症患者血液中相关微量元素水平。
        Objective To analyze the effect of dietary therapy on the levels of trace elements in the blood of cancer patients. Methods 180 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group(n=96) was given diet therapy by a professional dietitian based on dietary surveys and various test results, while the patients of control group(n=84) underwent self-controlled diet according to dietary guidelines. In the same period, 40 healthy people in our hospital were collected as healthy controls. The levels of trace elements such as iron(Fe), copper(Cu), selenium(Se) and zinc(Zn) in serum of patients with cancer before and after treatment were compared. Results The concentrations of Cu and Zn in the cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group, while Fe and Se were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05). Cu and Zn in patients with liver cancer were higher than those in healthy controls, while Se was lower than healthy controls( P<0.05); The patients with gastric cancer was lower than that of the healthy control group; Fe and Cu in patients with colorectal cancer were higher than those in healthy controls, while Zn was lower than healthy controls(P<0.05). Fe and Se in breast cancer patients and lung cancer patients were lower than those in healthy controls, while Cu was higher than healthy controls, in addition, the Zn level in breast cancer patients was also significantly lower than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the concentrations of Fe, Cu, Se and Zn in the two groups of cancer patients were not significantly different(P>0.05). However, after treatment, the Cu and Zn of the liver cancer research group were lower than the control group, while the Se was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The Fe of patients in the gastric cancer study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); The Fe and Cu of the colorectal cancer study group were lower than the control group, while the Zn was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Fe, Se, and Zn in the breast cancer study group were higher than those in the control group, while Cu was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The Fe and Se of the lung cancer research group were higher than the control group, while the Se was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the healthy control group, the levels of trace elements such as iron, copper, selenium and zinc in the blood of cancer patients changed significantly. Dietary therapy can effectively interfere with the levels of related trace elements in the blood of cancer patients.
