“双一流”建设背景下民族地区高校图书馆文献资源建设研究

摘要
文献资源建设在学校的"双一流"建设中有着重要的意义。高校图书馆必须坚持以学科为导向,以读者为中心,以资源共建共享为机制的建设原则,建立面向一流学科的文献资源保障制度,开展多维度的一流学科文献资源需求调研、采用多种形式实施科学采购、以电子资源为重点,电子资源和纸质文献资源协调发展、科学开展数据管理与服务和建立专家学者机构库等来加强文献资源建设,助力学校一流学科的建设和发展。
The construction of literature resources is of great significance for the construction of "Double First Class University Plan" in universities.University libraries should adhere to the construction principle of the mechanism which is subject-oriented,reader-centered and resource sharing,establish a literature resources guarantee system for first-class disciplines,carry out multi-dimensional demand survey of literature resource of first-class disciplines,and implement scientific procurement in various forms.Besides,it is suggested that universities focus on electronic resources while promoting the coordinated development of paper-based literature resources,scientifically conduct data management and service,and establish institutional repositories of experts and scholars to strengthen the construction of literature resources,so as to assist the university in the construction and development of first-class disciplines.
