氯酸钠生产工艺物料控制技术的应用

摘要
文章主要阐述了一种氯酸钠生产工艺物料控制技术。一是使生产过程物料加入简单易控;二是提供一种通过生产工艺实现节能减排的方法。根据生产工艺的要求,在生产过程中通过在特定部位安装智能控制器和特定泵用变频器进行控制,实现生产过程中物料的控制从而达到生产稳定,产品合格并实现节能减排的目的。
This article mainly study a process of material control technology of sodium chlorate production. Firstly,it made the adding materials simply and easy to control during the production process. Secondly,it provided a method to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction according to the production process. The intelligent controller and special pump frequency converter are installed in special areas during the production process according to the requirement of production process. So as to the materials will be controlled and the production will stable,the product will up to standard and it also can achieve the purpose of saving energy and reduce emissions.
