摘要
植物检疫领域的创新技术集中在检测方法和相应的检测产品,目前创新技术成果较多,但针对这些成果的专利申请与保护工作有待提高。本文对2008—2017年植物检疫领域专利申请情况进行了分析,结果表明,专利申请量总体平稳,专利申请人以及专利申请的技术领域较为集中,专利授权率不高,维持专利权有效的比例较低。基于该现状,结合专利工作和领域特点,提出做好植物检疫专利申请与保护工作的建议。
        Innovative technologies in plant quarantine focus on detection methods and corresponding products. Although there are many innovative technological achievements at present,but the patent application and protection need be improved. The application of patent in the field of plant quarantine is analyzed during 2008 to 2017. The results show that the amount of patent applications is generally stable,patent applicants and the technical fields of patent applications are relatively concentrated,but patent authorization rate is not high,and the proportion of patent validity is relative low. Based on this situation,combining patent work and field characteristics,suggestions on patent application and protection in the field of plant quarantine are provided.
