摘要
为解决ZJ116型卷接机组废烟提升输送装置输送带易磨损、维护保养周期短等问题,研制了一种新型废烟提升输送装置。该装置采用链条传送方式将通道底部的废烟提升输送到装置顶部,解决了输送带易磨损、易跑偏等缺陷;设计了一种快拆装置,便于链条和链轮拆卸更换;驱动电机位置下移,提高设备安全性能。以青岛卷烟厂生产的"泰山"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后废烟提升输送装置的维保次数减少8次/年,维保时间减少4.2 h/次,全年总维保时间减少33.6 h。该方法可为提高卷接机组运行效率提供技术支持。
As a solution to the frequent replacement of the conveying belt in waste cigarette elevator in ZJ116 cigarette maker, a chain type waste cigarette elevator was developed to elevate the waste cigarettes from the bottom of the passage to the top of the conveying device. A means for facilitating the removal of chain and sprocket wheel was designed. The driving motor was removed to a lower position in order to improve machine safety. The cigarettes of brand"Taishan"were tested in Qingdao Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the maintenance frequency of the new elevator decreased by 8 times/year, the maintenance duration reduced by 4.2 hours, and the total maintenance time in a year reduced by 33.6 hours. This method provides a technical support for promoting the efficiency of cigarette makers.
