海宁皮革产业转型升级研究

摘要
皮革产业是海宁市经济的重要组成部分,海宁皮革城是全国重要的皮革生产基地和集散中心。近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对皮革产品的质量及生活环境提出了更高要求,海宁皮革产业的发展进入了瓶颈期。通过实地调研,分析海宁皮革产业发展存在以下问题:质量有所下降,劳动力成本上升,环保运营成本过大,缺乏自主品牌,贸易竞争力不强,资源要素制约突出,电商发展良莠不齐,出口市场单一,依赖性强。提出海宁皮革产业转型升级的对策建议:加大对皮革市场的监管,转移劳动密集型产业,向环境友好型企业转型,打造自主品牌,加大出口力度,打造资源节约型企业,更好地利用电商平台。
