“一带一路”背景下中小企业融资问题研究——以广州花都皮革产业为例

花都区素有"中国皮具之都"的美称,"一带一路"发展战略的提出给拥有广州市门户区位优势的花都区绝佳的发展机会。花都区皮革产业中小企业数量众多,目前这些中小企业普遍股权融资条件不成熟,银行抵押贷款难度大,当地政府对其融资扶持政策有限,利用民间借贷解决融通资金还是其主要采用的方式。面对崭新的发展机遇,花都区皮革产业中小企业可借助互联网电商平台提供信用环境,利用绿色金融实现产业环保升级,以协会商会牵头向银行融资贷款,发挥无形资产的融资作用,通过合理融资让企业尽快升级融入"一带一路"发展大格局。
Huadu district is known as the name of "China's leather capital". The development of the Belt and Road initiative is the best opportunity for the district, which has the regional advantage as a portal to Guangzhou. There are a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the leather industry in the district. At present, these small and medium-sized enterprises generally have immature equity financing conditions and it is difficult for them to get mortgage loans from banks. The local government's financing support policy is limited. And It is still the main way to use private lending to solve the financing problem. Facing the brand new development opportunities, the small and medium-sized enterprises of the leather industry in Huadu district can provide credit environment by means of the Internet business platform, realize the upgrading of industrial environment by using green finance, get bank loans by the lead of associations and chambers of commerce, and give full play to the financing function of intangible assets.By doing so, these enterprises could be upgraded and integrate into the development of the Belt and Road as soon as possible through reasonable financing.
