打造更高质量双创教育,促进大学生就业创业

摘要
实施创新驱动发展战略,深入推进供给侧结构性改革,促进大学生就业创业需要大量创新型人才,创新型人才培养需要更高质量的双创教育做支撑,需要高校教师树立创新的教学理念。本文基于建设创新型国家的实际需求,从双创教育的角度界定智慧教学的概念,分析智慧教学对教师创新的要求,本文认为高等教育要契合新时代、实现高质量发展需要智慧教学,智慧教学的目的是更好创造学生价值,这有利于全面提升大学生的综合素质,从而促进大学生创业就业。
Mass innovative talents are needed to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, further advance supply-side structural reform and promote college students' employment and entrepreneurship, which in turn requires high-quality entrepreneurship and innovation education and the establishment of teacher's Innovative Teaching Ideas. Based on the actual needs of building an innovation-oriented country, this paper defines the concept of wisdom teaching, analyses the requirements of wisdom teaching for teachers' innovation, and holds that it needs wisdom teaching to keep higher education in line with the new era and the achievement of high-quality development. The purpose of wisdom teaching is to create more student value, to promote the comprehensive quality of college students, and thus to promote college students' entrepreneurship and employment.
