摘要
目的探讨基于舒适护理模式的人文关怀策略在ICU口渴患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3-12月在福建省某三级甲等综合性医院ICU内治疗的100例口渴患者为研究对象。采用随机对照试验设计,将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组实施基于舒适护理模式的人文关怀策略。比较干预前后ICU口渴患者舒适程度、护理满意度及干预依从性。结果干预后观察组患者舒适感评分及对ICU护理服务满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究过程中两组均未出现不愿意参与、中途退出研究的情况。结论基于舒适护理模式的人文关怀策略,能够有效提升ICU口渴患者的舒适度,改善患者对ICU护理的满意度,应用过程中可行性较强,值得临床运用和推广。
