隧道工人安全行为的多层线性模型构建——基于跨层次研究

摘要
当前我国隧道与地下工程越来越重视针对隧道工人安全行为的研究,但已有研究尚不清楚隧道工程中工人安全行为的内在规律。本文从个体和群体两个层次采用跨层次方法分析了隧道工人群体安全行为对个体安全行为的影响,并将安全氛围、工作压力纳入到影响过程中,分析了安全氛围作为跨层次中介变量影响隧道工人群体安全行为对个体安全行为过程,工作压力跨层次调节安全氛围对个体安全行为的影响过程。在此基础上,推导出一个多层线性模型,讨论本研究对管理实践的启示,并提出下一步实证研究的建议。
        More and more attention was paid to the research on the safety behaviors of tunnel workers in tunnel and underground engineering, but the inherent law of safety behaviors of tunnel workers in the tunnel project is still unclear. This paper use the cross-level method to analyze the impact of group safety behaviors of tunnel workers on individual safety behavior from individual level and group level respectively, safety cimate and work pressure are included to examine the impact. Then the mediating role of safety cimate is analyzed, and the moderating role of work pressure is also analyzed. Based on these, a hierarchical linear model is presented and considerations for future research and practice are discussed.
