摘要

介绍方坯连铸步进式翻转冷床的结构及特点,针对该冷床所存在的问题,分析其原因,实施改造措施,取得了明显的经济效益,同时为同类型铸机设备提供了有益的启示。
        The operational principle and structure of the step tilting cooling bed used for a continuous billet casting unit is introduced in the present article. By approaching the existing problems,effective modification measures were proposed and employed thus gaining good economic benefit,and providing a useful guideline for servicing similar machines.
