摘要
选择SO4砧木与赤霞珠进行嫁接,以赤霞珠自根苗为对照,对赤霞珠果实的单粒质量、果形指数、可滴定酸、还原糖、总酚等生理指标的动态进行实时测定,以探究SO4砧木对赤霞珠果实品质的影响差异。结果表明,嫁接于SO4砧木上的赤霞珠果实的单粒质量显著高于对照9.3%;果形指数高于对照,但差异不显著;可滴定酸含量高于对照24.3%;还原糖含量显著低于对照11.2%;总酚含量无明显差异。SO4砧木显著降低了赤霞珠果实的还原糖含量,显著增加了可滴定酸含量。
        The first objective of the study was to elucidate the influence of SO4 rootstock on berry quality in Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Cabernet Sauvignon grape was grafted on SO4 rootstock and Cabernet Sauvignon grape seedlings was took as control, single grain quality, fruit shape index, titratable acids, reducing sugars and the total phenol of Cabernet Sauvignon grape were measured. The results showed that single grain quality of the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grafted on SO4 rootstock was significantly higher than the control by9.3%, the fruit shape index was higher than the control, but the difference was not significant, the titratable acid content was higher than the control by 24.3%, the reducing sugar content was significantly lower than the control by 11.2%, and the total phenol content was not significantly different. SO4 rootstock significantly increased the titratable acid content in the fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon and decreased the reducing sugar content.
