摘要
通过一系列测试手段对聚乙烯醇结构进行表征,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜在不同浓度碘液染色后的结构演变。随着碘液浓度的升高,红外光谱表明PVA分子间的氢键作用减弱;差示扫描量热法表明PVA晶体的熔点下降明显,结晶度降低;广角X射线衍射表明碘离子会渗入到PVA晶体中,形成PVA-I共晶体;紫外光谱表明PVA薄膜内碘离子I_3~-的含量和碘离子I_5~-的含量会随之增加,但I_3~-的含量高于I_5~-的含量。
The structure evolution of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) films in different concentrations of iodine solution was studied by a series of tests. As the concentration of iodine solution increases, FT-IR shows that the influence of intermolecular hydrogen bonds in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) films decreases.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) shows that the melting point of PVA films decreases significantly, that is, the crystallinity of film decreases obviously. WAXD shows that iodide ions penetrate into PVA crystals, forming PVA-I crystals.The ultraviolet spectroscopy indicates that the content of I_3~- and I_5~- in PVA films increases, but the content of I_3~- is higher than that of I_5~-.
