摘要

在介绍全球水目标建议的基础上,说明了支撑水目标的5个相互关联的支持指标,从建立全球水共识、我们想要的未来、一个致力于水领域的全球目标等角度,阐述了2015年之后全球水目标的具体内容。
        On basis of introducing the global water target,this paper explains five interrelated supporting indicators supporting the water goal,elaborates the concrete contents of the global water goal after 2015 from the perspectives of establishing the global water consensus,the future we want,and a global goal committed to the water field.
