摘要

腐败治理可持续发展是政治生态文明建设的现实要求。它是在长期反腐实践的基础上,结合国家治理现代化的理念与机制,通过协调各种治理关系而形成的一种长效反腐理念。在民主治理成为国家治理的主流并体现出巨大治理价值的前提下,推动腐败治理民主化成为实现腐败治理可持续发展的必然选择。经过以往民主政治建设及反腐实践的积累,我国已逐渐具备了实现腐败治理可持续发展的民主要件。在此基础上,要实现腐败治理可持续发展,就应当从治理民主化的角度重构腐败治理关系,优化腐败治理结构,改善腐败治理布局并完善腐败治理方式。
        Anti-corruption sustainable development is the realistic requirement for political ecological civilization construction. It is a long-lasting anti-corruption idea by coordinating various governance relationships based on a long-term anti-corruption practices,combining with the concepts and mechanisms of the modernization of the state governance and developing. Under the premise of democratic governance becoming the mainstream of state governance and embodying great value,it is the inevitable choice for realizing the sustainable development of anti-corruption to promote the democratization of anti-corruption. After the previous democratic construction and the accumulation of anti-corruption practices,our country has gradually possessed the democratic elements for realizing the anti-corruption sustainable development. On this basis,to realize the sustainable development of anti-corruption,it is necessary to reconstruct the governance relationship of anti-corruption,optimize the governance structure of anti-corruption,improve the governance layout of anti-corruption,and improve the governance way of anti-corruption from the perspective of democratization.
