金属防腐自修复涂料的发展

摘要
金属表面涂覆防腐涂层是目前普遍采取的用于保护金属制品腐蚀的有效措施。防腐涂层表面有时会出现一些细小的肉眼看不到的微裂纹,这些微裂纹会降低涂层的保护寿命。因此,具有一定自修复能力的智能型涂料得到了学术界以及工业界的广泛关注。文中阐述了金属防腐自修复涂料的重要性、发展现状、涂料种类以及未来发展方向。重点对微胶囊型自修复涂料、高聚物型自修复涂料和负载缓蚀剂型自修复防腐涂料的自修复机理进行了探讨,并指出自修复智能防腐涂料的发展方向。
        The anti-corrosive coating is an effective measure to protect the metal products from corrosion. Due to environmental factors or the characteristics of the coating,microcracks inevitably appear during their application,and some cracks can not be seen by the naked eye.When the microcracks are exposed to the atmosphere,they can spread and expand to make the coating to peel off the substrate and reduce the protective life of the coating. Therefore,selfhealing smart coatings have attracted attention in academia and industry. In this paper,the importance,development status,types of coatings and future development trend of self-healing coatings for metals are described. The self-healing mechanism of microcapsule self-healing coatings,polymer self-healing coatings and self-healing coatings loaded corrosion inhibitors are discussed. It also points out that future development of self-healing coatings.
