摘要
为了建立高效液相色谱法测定果汁中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的检测方法,样品经甲醇超声提取, C_(18)固相萃取柱净化,浓缩定容后直接进样分析。结果表明:该方法在0.10~0.60μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(R~2=0.999 6),加标回收率为99.00%~100.67%(加标浓度为1.0, 0.50和0.20μg·mL~(-1)), RSD值为0.31%~0.79%(n=6),方法检出限为7.58×10~(-3)μg·kg~(-1),定量限为2.53×10~(-2)μg·kg~(-1),重复性(n=6)为1.1%,整个提取分离测定流程快速、简便、准确、毒性小,适用于果汁饮料中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的测定。
To develope a multi-residue determination method for 6-benzylaminopurine in juice by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the samples were extracted by methanol with ultrasonic and purified by with C_(18) solid phase extraction column. After being concentrated and quantified, the samples were directly injected. The results showed a good linear relationship of 6-benzylaminopurine with the content from 0.10 to 0.60 μg·mL~(-1). The correlation coeffeicient R~2 was 0.999 6, the recoveries of standard addition was within 99.00%-100.67%(standard additive concentrations were 1.0, 0.50 and 0.20 μg·mL~(-1)), the RSD was within 0.31%-0.79%(n=6), the limit of detection was 7.58×10~(-3) μg·kg~(-1), the quantitation was 2.53× 10~(-2) μg·kg~(-1), and the repeatability was 1.1%(n=6). It was proved that this procedure is rapid, simple, accurate and no toxicity for efficient determination of 6-benzylaminopurine in juice.
